Order Processing:
All items are in stock unless stated otherwise, this is not a preorder.
Please allow 21 business days to process your order. Our delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Direct signature required
Someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery. Direct signature deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. If no one is at the address, the delivery partner may reattempt the delivery. We are not responsible if multiple failed delivery attempts have been made. We advise that you choose an address where you will be present to sign for the delivery, i.e work or home address.
Returns:
We will offer returns within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in unworn, undamaged condition. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.
Ruby Morris is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
